Don't back down. Stand up for what you believe in. For example if a kid comes up to you and starts pushing you around, calling you out to fight you. Stand up to that kid. Don't let him push you around. Say I'm not gonna fight you. Tell him how it is. Don't take crap from anybody. And if you see this happening go and step in. Defend the kid even if he is a weirdy. I have seen this happen so many times and it needs to stop. Stand up for something.
